Zharna is skilled at quickly understanding how a business operates, identifying what is creating unnecessary work and finding the right solution for its people. She brings a practical, hands-on approach and understands that the best system is one people can confidently use every day. Jo brings decades of hands-on experience across complex business environments, operational reviews, payroll audits and financial clean-ups. She grew and sold a bookkeeping practice serving more than 300 clients and built the operational processes behind BLB Consultants and Ali-Frame Windows & Doors. This experience has given her a practical understanding of what businesses need to grow without becoming dependent on one person. With a genuine people-first approach and a strong background in Human Resources, Jo is now completing a Master's in Business with a focus on HR. She specialises in strengthening roles, training teams, improving workflows and succession planning. At ZJ Automate, she connects people, processes and technology to build smarter systems that support confident, sustainable growth.

No. We'll use ready-made software if it's genuinely fit for purpose, or build a bespoke, fully customised app around your business if that's what's truly needed — never change for the sake of it.

We structure a fee based on your requirements — including build-to-own, where the app is yours outright, or built-for-us-to-host, where we build and maintain it for you.
